I’m going to teach you how to break your bad habits and replace them with good ones… and all you have to do is wear a bracelet!

This is a simple trick used by Tony Robbins and Tim Ferriss as they learn new skills and dump old habits. They are both extremely busy individuals, and yet this method has helped them to maintain their rapid rate of self-improvement.

So if you feel like you’ve got stubborn old habits (e.g. exaggerating, easily getting annoyed, biting your fingernails, etc.), or have a desire to adopt healthy new ones, try this technique right now.

All it takes is 21 days and a visual representation of your goals.

Here’s exactly what you do to break old habits and build new ones:

  • Wear a bracelet on either wrist.
  • Set a 21-day goal to either stop an old habit or start a new one.
  • If you mess up or miss a day, switch the bracelet to your opposite wrist and start over from day one.

Once you’ve hit 21 consecutive days, switch the bracelet to the other wrist and start over on a new habit!
